REGISTRATION OPTIONS

• Guests will be permitted with a couple restrictions:
• Maximum 48hour advance booking privilege. All league members are to be given first right of refusal for tee-times prior to guests booking in.
• Guests are permitted to attend a maximum of 3 times during the season.
• Guest rates will apply.
  $29 on the East (walking) and $40 on the West (riding) + applicable taxes
• Prepaid rounds will not be accepted towards guest rounds since the times are blocked off in advance for paid league members.

Option 2 ($595): East Pre-Paid  includes:

• Select if you will play Mondays or Tuesdays
• 15 East Course Passes (expires 2 years from date of purchase)
  
• Passes can be used anytime (7 days a week) on the East Course and are transferable between players.
  
• Offer valid for a limited time only. Must be purchased before December 31st, 2023!

Option 3 ($715): West Pre-Paid includes:

• 15 East Course Passes (expires 2 years from date of purchase) 
  
• Passes can be used on the West Course during league nights or anytime outside of the league (7 days a week) on the East Course.
• Passes include complimentary carts on league nights only
  
• Passes are transferable between players.

Prepaid options excludes 2 weeks of golf to account for any rain-outs, vacations, prior commitments, etc. In the event you choose to play all 17 weeks, pay as you play rates will apply. We also welcome you to use your loyalty points to pay for these two additional dates.

CANADIAN MEMBER PRICING

If you are a Gold Member or Club Member of the Canadian please sign up as pay as you go and contact Danielle or Melissa if you need to confirm your member price.

Online Registration

For the 2024 season the Canadian will be processing Ladies League Registration through our website.  Payment via Visa Debit, Visa, MasterCard or American Express will be collected at time of registration.  It is important to make sure your email is correct so that you can receive correspondence from the golf club about your league night. Please do not hesitate to contact the golf club at 613-253-3290 ext 245 if you have any problems or would like to register over the phone.

Kick-Off
Your Ladies League registration includes a great evening to meet everyone and enjoy some great food. Join us May 7th at 5:30pm for cocktails and 7:00pm for Dinner and to find out what is new for 2023. 

Weekly Prize Draws
This season, we will be drawing for exciting prizes including shirts, golf balls, shoes, etc. Each week, we will be holding a contest for a grand prize. Select prizes can be exchanged for size / colour.

Food & Beverage
Each week our Food & Beverage Department will offer league specials for your post-game enjoyment. Specials will be posted at registration and will be subject to availability. Pre-orders are welcome to secure a special.

Closing Banquet
Included in your registration fee, the end of season banquet on Tuesday September 10th and is a fun-filled evening with fine food & prize presentations. It's an evening you won't want to miss. Cocktails begin at 5:30pm followed by dinner and prizing.

Tee-Times
East Course: Tee-Times are assigned on a first come first serve basis. Check-in with the ProShop is required prior to your round. 

West Course: Tee-Times are assigned on a first come first serve basis. Check-in with the ProShop is required prior to your round.
