At the Canadian we appreciate your business and understand you have many choices where to play and purchase your golf merchandise. While many golf clubs have some type of Loyalty Points program, we believe the Canadian has one of the most comprehensive programs:

 

One Loyalty Point for every one dollar spent will be accumulated on the following purchases:

Green fees, cart rentals, club rentals, range balls, clothing, gloves, hats, accessories and lower lounge menu items.

 

One Loyalty point for every 2 dollars spent will be accumulated on the following purchases:

Golf clubs, golf balls and golf shoe purchases.

 

 

The first time you book a tee time or you play at the Canadian, we will build a customer profile, name, phone number, email address etc. Then each time you make a purchase at the golf club,  points will be accumulated based upon purchased items. It is important to make sure you are using the same profile by identifying yourself to our staff.

Points will automatically be added to your profile each time a purchase is made, and your total points will be printed on your receipt. It is important to make sure that we are adding transactions to your profile. As an example, if you let your friend pay for your golf, and you give him the cash, your loyalty points will be awarded to his profile.  

 

From time to time we will offer Bonus Points for playing in a certain time frame or use Bonus Points to draw your attention to certain merchandise sales or event promotions.

You can redeem your points by simply asking to redeem points when you check into the pro shop. 

 

Points can be used to pay for Green fees, carts, club rentals, & range balls. Depending the time of day you are redeeming points, will determine the number of points required for the redemption. 

 

Yes. The Canadian will bring you terrific value, by allowing you to purchase certain merchandise items in a combination of cash & loyalty points. In addition the Canadian will be hosting special wine tasting evenings, private golf tournaments & theme nights that will only be offered to our Loyalty Point Customers. To ensure that you are included, make sure we have your correct email address and that our emails are not ending up in your junk mail folder. Only customers with enough points, will be contacted, so consider us for all your golf equipment purchases, we guarantee to match competitor’s prices, to earn your business.

As with all loyalty reward programs, there are exceptions, we do not award points or allow redemption of points, on the following items.

·        Alcoholic Beverages

·        Tobacco products

·        Pre packaged food items including, muffins, soft drinks, chocolate bars and chips

·        Tournament green fees, carts and tournament meals

·        Annual Memberships

·        Discounted Pre-purchased Green Fee Rounds
